Conveniently located in the main Settlement of West Island, Cocos Bellevue is a short stroll to the local supermarket, the Visitor’s Centre, eating out options and the Cocos Club where you can enjoy a cold drink with the locals after a day out.

Adjacent to a main house, this modern one-bedroom apartment is fully self-contained. It has own front and back entrances. The partition panels add privacy to staying guests.

The Apartment comes with a queen bed, split system air conditionings and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, two smart TVs, a large wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is stocked with a large microwave, full-size fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, mugs, glassware and plates, sandwich presser, air fryer, cook top and cooking equipment.

Please note:

• The queen bed cannot be split into two single beds.
• We can provide change of linen and towels weekly for those staying for a longer period.
• Cocos Bellevue is strictly no flame and smoke free accommodation including candles, cigarettes/E-cigarettes/cigars, incense, mosquito coils etc. anywhere inside or outside on the property.

Cancellation and Refund policy:

All cancellation needs to be received in writing. As a remote location with replacement bookings difficult to achieve within short-time frames, we have made our policy as follows:

(a) Cancellation 60 days+ before arrival: Full refund minus $200 non-refundable deposit or 100% transferrable if alternative dates are booked.
(b) Cancellation 59 -31 days before arrival: No refund but 100% transferrable
(c) Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: No refund and not transferrable
(d) No refund will be given for events beyond our control, such as non-arrival, unused nights, itinerary changes, or additional expenses incurred as a result of airline or weather disruption. We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance when travelling to Cocos (Keeling) Islands to cover contingencies.
(e) Any booking credit not redeemed at the expiry of the 12-month validity date will be forfeited in its entirety.
